-Directions: The house is located down a long driveway. Please bring an umbrella. You will need to park on one side of the street and park with the flow of traffic. Please be respectful and mindful of neighbors and don't block mailboxes or driveways. Please don't park in front of fire hydrants or stop signs. 
If you fail to follow any parking instructions you may be asked to leave the sale.

The address for the sale will be sent via email the day before the sale starts (9/12) @ at 9AM. THIS IS NOT A GATED COMMUNITY. If there are no more available time slots and you want to attend, you can either get dropped off at the house or park at the Kroger across the street and walk over. It will be a 0.6 mile walk. Parking is very limited and is the reason for the sale being appointment only.
