STUNNING MID CENTURY FINDS – Heywood Wakefield bedroom group (bed, nightstand, chest & very cool dresser with original mirror & vanity stool), Paul McCobb studio desk, pair rosewood bookcases, combination storage/TV cabinet, 1950s dining room table (with retractable leave hidden underneath tabletop), four matching chairs, sideboard & breakfront. All Mid Century furniture is in pristine condition!

Sale also includes wonderful Mid Century accessories (clock, bookends, Fire King dishes, enamel kitchenwares and framed artwork).    

VICTORIAN & TRADITIONAL FURNITURE – Beautiful carved Victorian sofa & set/six side chairs (family pieces from a Grosse Pointe, Michigan estate), Victorian fiddle back parlor chair, art deco burl bar (purchased in England & shipped to US), framed Erte print (signed) & poster (unsigned), round mahogany drum table, GWTW handpainted lamp, oak bowfront china cabinet, oak sideboard, oak headboard & new full bedding, rock maple painted breakfront, dresser with vanity stool & chest, 1950s drop-leaf cherry dining table, Hitchcock stenciled side chair, oak barrister’s chair, pair antique Bentwood side chairs, cherry shaker rocker, Singer sewing machine & stand, new TV stand, wingback chair & matching ottoman, mahogany side tables.

1870s ELGIN CABINET GRAND PIANO – Also known as an upright or vertical grand, this circa 1875 piano’s strings are equivalent to a six-foot grand piano. It was manufactured as a special order by the Elgin Piano Company of Chicago, Illinois and purchased by the current owners’ family in 1933 from a Decatur (Georgia) piano store.

The piano is solid mahogany, has a refinished surface, ivory keys and has had regular maintainance. It still has the original soundboard but strings & hammers were rebuilt 12 years ago by Atlanta’s Southern Keyboards. Sale also includes upright keyboard piano & bench plus lots of sheet music.

BOOKS, MERCANTILE, CHINA & CRYSTAL – Many unique old books (including partial set by Rudyard Kipling), mercantile memorabilia, pair 19^th Century Old Paris vases, pressed glass, crystal stemware, Lenox “Rutledge” china (partial service), Fostoria "American Block", Johnson Brothers, Fire King green, sterling baby rattles, majolica compote, French powder jars, old bottles, vintage canister set, cloth cigarette wrappers, vintage tins, much more.
