Janaan Manternach Estate Sale (An art lover’s dream)

Attention: Due to tight quarters (this is a very full estate) , many high-end & fragile items to monitor, and to keep the flow of foot traffic manageable, NUMBERS will be put out for this sale at 9:00 am on Friday and 9:00 am on Saturday, Numbers will only be utilized for the first hour of the sale and entry will be spaced out. Personal shopping bags are NOT permitted (we have a hold table as well as shopping bags and wrap available at checkout). This is a commercial property that is monitored by cameras. We ask all shoppers to be respectful of others, and be respectful of the property. We are NOT responsible for accidents. If you mishandle and break something, you buy it.
* Items are priced, fairly. We also have a bid box where you can put bids in on items (if you want to take your chance that the item will not sell at full price & your bid will be accepted.) Your bid can NOT be below 50% off).
* Please Do NOT purposefully remove or swap price tags or you will not be allowed to shop our sales.
* On Sunday (during sale hours), remaining items will be discounted (most remaining items will be 50% off).
*We reserve the right to add or delete items prior to sale time.
*Please bring necessary tools and help for picking up large items. Staff is present to help monitor and run the sale, but LOADING assistance is NOT available. Large items can be held for later pickup once they are paid for.
* Buyers must arrange for packing, loading and transportation of purchases.
* Cash and Credit card payments accepted. Cash preferred. We do charge a credit card processing fee on all cc purchases.

Settled Transition & Estate Services, may attempt to describe merchandise in advertising or otherwise, but makes no representations of maker, authenticity or age of items being sold. In no event shall Settled Transition & Estate Services be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability. Buyer shall be the sole judge of value. All sales are final, as is. All persons attending the sales or removing merchandise assume all risks of damage to person or property and specifically release and indemnify Settled Transition & Estate Services, and the Estate Owners, from any liability.
