Terms

1. Cash and Credit Only Sale - There is a 3% buyers fee (Buyers fee waived if paying with cash). (No personal checks please.)
2. Even though we try to inspect and test everything before the sale there are times that we may have missed something so PLEASE inspect all items prior to purchasing as All Sales are "FINAL" and "AS IS".
3. NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS
4. Large Items may not be removed until after the close of the sale each day.
5. Please bring bags and boxes for packing.
6. As much as we would love to assist you in moving your items you MUST bring help to move and load your items. WE CANNOT HELP LOAD ANY ITEMS.
7. We would appreciate no large bags, backpacks or other large carrying items in the sale, you may be asked to open these bags prior to exiting the sale.
8. We, nor the homeowner are NOT responsible for accidents or damages of any kind.
9. You break it, you buy it.
