Due to the Covid virus everyone will be entering through the back door and exiting through the front door. We will be allowing only 10 people in at a time to adhere to the social distancing guidelines. We will also be providing numbers to everyone and will call your number once someone has left the property. The plan is to have several tables and chairs set up in the back so no one has to stand in line
Masks: Masks are suggested but not required as we are aware that some have underlying issues and may not be able to wear a mask. We ask that everyone respect each other and their decision to either wear a mask or not. We also ask that if you are not feeling well or have been around someone who has tested positive to please stay home and call us if there is anything you are interested in.
1. Cash and Credit Only Sale - There is a 4% buyers fee (Buyers fee waived if paying with cash). (No checks accepted.)
2. Even though we try to inspect and test everything before the sale there are times that we may have missed something so PLEASE inspect all items prior to purchasing as All Sales are "FINAL" and "AS IS".
3. NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS
4. Large Items MAY NOT be removed until after the close of the sale each day or before the sale begins on Saturday/Sunday!!
5. Please bring bags and boxes for packing.
6. As much as we would love to assist you in moving your items you MUST bring help to move and load your items. WE CANNOT HELP LOAD ANY ITEMS.
7. We would appreciate no large bags, backpacks or other large carrying items in the sale, you may be asked to open these bags prior to exiting the sale.
8. We, nor the homeowner are NOT responsible for accidents or damages of any kind.
9. You break it, you buy it.
The house might be small but it is mighty! Lots of items to look through and be excited about. The owners Jerry & Linda loved the beach and collected many different seashells over the years. Jerry not only has had 2 Kidney transplants over the past 2 years but also lost his wife during this time. Jerry moved to North Carolina to be with family in June.
