As much as we love children we are asking that if you need to bring your children that you please keep them close and hold hands if necessary. No running, no playing, etc. There are items that are high value and fragile and if these get broke our policy is YOU BREAK IT YOU BUY IT!
Large Items: Due to the house constraints we are asking that everyone who purchases any large items that are not easily moved to pick them up on Monday, August 29th between the hours of 2:00 p.m to 6:00 p.m. unless other arrangements are made.
1. Cash and Credit Only Sale - There is a 4% buyers fee (Buyers fee waived if paying with cash). (No checks accepted.)
2. Even though we try to inspect and test everything before the sale there are times that we may have missed something so PLEASE inspect all items prior to purchasing as All Sales are "FINAL" and "AS IS".

5. We encourage everyone to please bring bags and boxes for packing.
6. As much as we would love to assist you in moving your items you MUST bring help to move and load your items. WE CANNOT HELP LOAD ANY ITEMS.
7. We would appreciate no large bags, backpacks or other large carrying items in the sale, you may be asked to open these bags prior to exiting the sale.
8. We, nor the homeowner are NOT responsible for accidents or damages of any kind.

There are wonderful, beautiful memories in this house and beautiful items for someone to make new memories with. We ask that everyone remember and respect that this was someones home and their belongings meant the world to them.
