You break it, it's yours at price marked. Do not move items unless you are buying item, all items are inventoried. We can not guarantee items placed in the hold area, but we ask each customer not to shop the hold area. Paid receipt needed to exit residence with your new property. Multiple steps use caution, watch your step.

Family reserves right to remove items from sale before the start time and date. Bids maybe taken on certain items. Terms will be onsite. Family reserves right to refuses one or all bids.

No onsite parking. Obey traffic laws, don't block neighbor's driveways. Do not park in driveway unless loading large items with permission of staff on site.
Numbers given out at 7 AM Saturday in order arrived not order in line. This is to keep it fair for order of arrival and to keep people from having to stand in the cold. One person per number, all others will follow after the ones with numbers. Shoe covers maybe required and will be provided. Prices are not given out prior to the start of the sale. Shipping is available.
