You break it, it's yours at price marked. Do not move items unless you are buying item, all items are inventoried. We cannot guarantee items placed in the hold area, but we ask each customer not to shop the hold area. Paid receipt needed to exit property with your new treasures.
No public restrooms available. Clients reserves the right to remove items from sale before the start of sale. Bids maybe taken on certain items. Terms will be onsite. Clients reserves right to refuses one or all bids. Obey traffic laws, don't block neighbor's driveways. Do not park in driveway unless loading large items with permission of staff on site. Prices are not given out prior to the start of the sale. Shipping is available.
