Reynolds Estate

Attention: This is a multi-level estate with a four car garage and is a very full estate. To keep the flow of foot traffic manageable, we will be using the NUMBERS system for the first hour of the sale. NUMBERS will be put out for this sale at 9:00 am on Friday and 9:00 am on Saturday to slow entry. Shopping bags are NOT permitted (we have a hold table as well as shopping bags and wrap available at checkout). The property is monitored by cameras. We ask all shoppers to be respectful of others, and be respectful of the property. We are NOT responsible for accidents. If you mishandle and break something, you buy it.
* Items are priced, fairly. We also have a bid box where you can put bids in on items (if you want to take your chance that the item will not sell at full price & your bid will be accepted.) Your bid can NOT be below 50% off).
* Please Do NOT purposefully remove or swap price tags or you will not be allowed to shop our sales.
* On Sunday (during sale hours), remaining items will be discounted (most remaining items will be 50% off).
*We reserve the right to add or delete items prior to sale time.
*Please bring necessary tools and help for picking up large items. Staff is present to help monitor and run the sale, but LOADING assistance is NOT available. Large items can be held for later pickup once they are paid for.
* Buyers must arrange for packing, loading and transportation of purchases.
* Cash and Credit card payments accepted. Cash preferred. We do charge a credit card processing fee on all cc purchases.
