This sale is held in a beautiful, historic home that was built in 1912 (house is for sale!).

At the beginning of the twentieth century, a friendly competition played out on the 100 block of Federal Avenue South. Across the street from each other, owner/builders strove to build “the best house” and both succeeded in creating high-quality homes. One house the meeting place for the independent Order of Odd Fellows, an organization founded on friendship, love, and truth. As its members aged, this home fell into disrepair and was demolished in the mid-1980’s. The remaining house (site of the sale) survives today as testament to the loving care of three families who have owned it.
