Terms and Conditions:
~This is a two day sale with items being full price on Saturday and most items at 50% off on Sunday.
~Numbers will be given out about an hour prior to start time.
~Once there is no longer a wait to enter the home, all entrance will be free flowing.
~All items are to be removed the day of the sale.
~Please bring a helper for loading large pieces of furniture.
~We accept cash & checks from known parties with the proper I.D.
~Not responsible for on-site accidents.
~Please be respectful of all neighbors and do not park in front of their driveway. Also please make sure you are not blocking the flow of traffic.
~We do not offer pre-sales and prices will not be released till the start of the first day.
~All items are sold as is with no refunds.

Along with the items from the Summerwill estate we are including furniture from another estate that was purchased at Dwell Home Furnishings & Interior Design.
