~This is a two day sale with items being full price on Saturday and most items at 50% off on Sunday.
~Numbers will be given out about an hour prior to start time.
~Because of space limitations we will be limiting the number of customers entering the house.
~All items are to be removed the day of the sale.
~Please bring a helper for loading large pieces of furniture.
~We accept cash & checks from known parties with the proper ID. Sorry, no credit cards.
~Not responsible for on-site accidents.
~Please be respectful of all neighbors and do not park in front of their driveway. Also please make sure you are not blocking the flow of traffic.
~We do not offer pre-sales and prices will not be released till the start of the first day.
~All items are sold as is with no refunds.

Description & Details
Artifacts is extremely honored to be doing the sale for the estate of Mary Lou Baender. The estate is a really lovely blend of traditional antiques and mid-century items and contemporary art.
FURNITURE
Marshall James cupboard, walnut cupboard, corner cupboard, pie safe, dry sink, leather chair and ottoman, sofa and matching chair, Stickley 3-drawer cabinet, day bed, coffee table, trunks, antique side chairs, desks, full and queen size beds, magazine racks, several beautiful middle-eastern rugs, floor globe, shelves, dressers, sewing machine, ice cream table and four chairs, wire plant stand, wicker patio set, wicker plant stand and Kenmore upright freezer.
MID-CENTURY ITEMS
Westnofa Siesta chair, Hornas Model #70 chair, Stressless chair and ottoman, teak chair, Laurel lamp, Swedish floor lamps, copper parsons coffee table, teak tiled sofa table, Iittala Toikka glass bird collection, Lauffer and Dansk flatware, and Heath dinnerware.
ART
All original art by the following artists: Miguel Conde', Giorgio de Chirico, Jim Ochs, Virginia Myers, Robert Cartmell, Blair Benz, Arbe Bareis, Gretchen Caracas, Marc Chapaud, Genie Patrick, Michael Barnes, Richard Black, Robert McKibben, William Barnes, Gene Flores, Marcia Wegman, A I Terni, Marsha Myers and George Lowe. There are also several botanical prints and antique pastels of fruit.
GENERAL ITEMS
Kitchen full of items including small appliances, cookware (Le Creuset, Dansk Griswold and Staub), sets of dishes by Franciscan, Bennington, Arabia, Wedgwood and Johnson Bros, crystal stemware, silverplate flatware sets (Modern and Vintage patterns), cookbooks, bar ware, utensils. Also luggage, linens, vacuums, televisions, Tivoli and Bose radio, jewelry, office supplies, garage items, Christmas items, Weber grill, water fountain, Mens and womens clothing and MANY BOOKS including a nice selection from Windhover Press.
ANTIQUES
Stained glass lamp, stone fruit, collection of Bimini glass tulips, collection of flow blue china, Majolica dishes, early American pressed glass, silver plate serving pieces, depression glass, clocks, and other small items.
