Terms and Conditions:
~This is a two day sale with items being full price on Saturday and most items at 50% off on Sunday.
~Numbers will be given out about an hour prior to start time.
~Because of the current CoVid-19 crisis we will be following strict social distancing protocol. We will be sharply limiting the number of people at one time in the house. MASKS ARE REQUIRED BY ALL CUSTOMERS. Hand sanitizer will be provided at the door. We are also asking that no children come to the sale. Having a public sale during this crisis is a whole new world for us, so please have patience while we try to do this safely.
~All items are to be removed the day of the sale.
~Please bring a helper for loading large pieces of furniture.
~We accept cash & checks from known parties with the proper I.D. Sorry, no credit cards.
~Not responsible for on-site accidents.
~Please be respectful of all neighbors and do not park in front of their driveway. Also please make sure you are not blocking the flow of traffic.
~We do not offer pre-sales and prices will not be released till the start of the first day.
~All items are sold as is with no refunds.
