Description & Details

We are privileged to present our next living estate sale for you complete enjoyment. A truly magnificent house overlooking 45 acres of majestic land including a large pond. The approach is breathtaking especially at this time of year.

The enormous house is overflowing with amazing treasures. Some of the highlights are an oversized gourmet kitchen filled with the highest quality items to please any gourmet cook and baker. We have a very large woodshop in the downstairs of the house filled with everything the home carpenter could ever desire. We have a Christmas room, a sewing room and multiple rooms filled with designer furniture and accessories. We also have a garage filled to capacity. There is a large collection of antique table linens and bed linens. Lots and lots of fabulous women's plus size clothing ranging from casual to fancy. Lots of vintage children's toys and puzzles.

I believe the best way is to highlight the items in some of rooms that stand out. My favorite room is the sunroom. It features a wonderful wicker set that includes a rocking chair, a large chair with ottoman and a three cushion settee. There are matching fabulous metal and beveled glass tables. One is oval and the other is round. A rabbit lamp highlights the setting. We also have a lighter wood Thomasville dining room table with six upholstered chairs, two leaves and a matching large china cabinet. There is a very unique marble top drum table and pineapple banquet lamps. Two more armoire/cabinets finish this room.

The family room features a Pearson couch, a Barcalounger, a metal and wood etagere an oak coffee table and leather ottomans.

The master bedroom has an exquisite bedroom set of flamed wood made in Italy by Georgio. We have a bed, a large dresser and mirror and an armoire.

The dining room has a C 1920 Jacobean revival maple dining room set that features a carved wood sideboard, a smaller hutch and a dining room table with 8 chairs with extra leaves and custom pads.

My other favorite room is the enormous kitchen that is overflowing with the finest quality cookware and accessories. All-Clad stainless, Le Crueset, Cuisinart, French E, Dehillerin copper cookware with something even new to me; a copper specialized potato/vegetable steamer. You will find every and anything you could possibly need to cook fabulous gourmet meals and everything for the baker as well. Lots of vintage Pyrex, colorful ceramic serving pieces, placemats, and decorative pieces to decorate your French country kitchen. Chickens are very prominent including a wonderful chicken lamp. We also have four light wood and rush bar stools and an oak table with matching Windsor style chairs.

We have a large storage room that has been transformed into the most enchanting Christmas room. Overflowing with every possible decorative holiday item one could possibly want. Please look at all of the photos to illustrate this massive holiday collection.
