All items sold as, without guarantee of any kind, Russ Hayward (Auctioneer) believes there are some reproduction items in the auction. Russ has been a compensated instructor for the states of Illinois and Wisconsin and was listed as the Midwests leading authority on Indian items. This was listed in the Wisconsin Auctioneer 1992. There are no guarantees of any kind regarding this auction. We have been selling Native American Indian items for over 30 years. However, we want to be sure you are satisfied with your purchases.

Several previous customers have contacted the Archaeological Dept. at the University of Iowa about their collections, resulting in the collector having Midwest Auctions liquidate their items at public sale. The University of Iowa have referred Russ Hayward (Midwest Auctions Inc.) to examine the collection. The owners then decided to have an auction, conducted by Midwest Auctions Inc. Russ Hayward has been referred by the University of Iowa Archeological Department. Russ Hayward had done appraisals on University of Iowa Musuem donations. There have been 3 referrals in 2022/2023.

Midwest Auctions Inc offer shipping with insurance. We usually use Priority mail, UPS and Fedx. We carefully pack the items. The usual charge is about $10 plus shipping and insurance costs. Remember, large, heavy or long items are expensive to ship. You may also use your own UPS or Fedx account if you have one.

All buyers using a credit card and pay pal will be charged an additional 3% credit processing fee.
