If you purchase online for either location we can deliver for pickup! We do help buyers at each location with their purchases and loading them into their cars.

Furniture items will incur a delivery charge of up to $15 for delivery to Dubuque Marketplace. All items need to be paid for and picked up prior to shipping or pick up. We ship items via USPS priority only.

BID BOX AT PHYSICAL ESTATE LIQUIDATIONS
We do offer an option to bid on items the first day of our estate liquidations. Bids are silent and if you would like the bid on an item(s) the following policy applies:
1. All bids must be over $1.00 of 1/2 price to be considered.
2. Full description of the item must be listed.
3. We will need your name and phone to contact you if you are the winning bidder.
4. We will call the winning bidder at the close of the first night of the sale.
5. Items must be paid and picked up by the close of the second day of the sale.
