Paypal and Major Credit Cards Only. No Checks are accepted. We now have two location for shopping great deals. In Waterloo is 2135 Commercial Street and in Dubuque it is 999 Century Drive. If you purchase online for either location we can deliver for pickup! We do help buyers at each location with their purchases and loading them into their cars.

*****PLEASE BE AWARE OF NEW PICK UP LOCATION ****** We do offer to deliver items to the Dubuque Marketplace at Marketplace at 999 Century Dr. Ste 6 if that is desired. Furniture items will incur a delivery charge of up to $15 for delivery to Dubuque Marketplace. All items need to be paid for and picked up prior to shipping or pick up. We ship items via USPS priority only.

BID BOX AT PHYSICAL ESTATE LIQUIDATIONS
We do offer an option to bid on items the first day of our estate liquidations. Bids are silent and if you would like the bid on an item(s) the following policy applies:
1. All bids must be over $1.00 of 1/2 price to be considered.
2. Full description of the item must be listed.
3. We will need your name and phone to contact you if you are the winning bidder.
4. We will call the winning bidder at the close of the first night of the sale.
5. Items must be paid and picked up by the close of the second day of the sale.

Here we go again! Another Multi-Estate Liquidation at our 2135 Commercial Street Location! This appointment only sale is TWO days and we have a lot to offer! We are adding items from around Northeast Iowa daily and it will surely please you! 2135 Commercial Street Waterloo. Due to a misprint in the Waterloo Courier we will be holding the sale Thursday June 11th 1:00pm to 6:00pm and June 12th 1:00pm to 6:00pm and Saturday June 13th from 9:00am to 12:00pm.

We are going to take appointments but we will be do the best we can to let all customers in as soon as we have availability within our covid procedures.

In order to practice Covid 19 protocols, we ask that all customers wear masks. We will also have hand sanitizer available and will practice social distancing.

Saturday will be 1/2 price from 9:00am to 12:00pm.

We want this to be an enjoyable shopping experience and we will bring in shoppers by the order they have signed up. We will try to be as timely as possible while providing a great customer service experience. We want everyone to experience our sale so if a customer doesn't sign up for a spot they will be allowed to come in by a "1 out - 1 in" system.

1/2 price day is always a big sale day! For the 1/2 price sale on Saturday we will have a sign up sheet on the door and shoppers will be allowed in the order they signed up. As always, we will try to be as timely as possible and provide a great customer service experience. We will allow 40 people in at a time and practice the "1 out-1 in" process.

The warehouse is PACKED and has amazing items just for you! We will will have our top notch friendly staff available to help and we can't wait for you to see all the great items. Among hundreds of items you will find:
