*****PLEASE BE AWARE OF NEW PICK UP LOCATION OPTION ****** We do offer to deliver items to the Dubuque Marketplace at Marketplace at 999 Century Dr. Ste 6 if that is desired. Furniture items will incur a delivery charge of up to $15 for delivery to Dubuque Marketplace. All items need to be paid for and picked up prior to shipping or pick up. We ship items via USPS priority only.
This will be the sale that you find some amazing gifts for the holidays! Come and see us at 2135 Commercial St. in Waterloo December 11th from 2 PM to 6 PM and December 12th 9 AM to 12 PM. This sale boasts of many estates from around Northeast Iowa and we are ready! We will be allowing people into the building through a number system. First 40 numbers will be allowed to enter the building. After that we will be offering entrance into the sale on a "1out1in" system. We respectfully ask that all patrons wear a mask. In addition we will be accepting coats for our annual coat drive. Please bring your coats and we will get them delivered to those in need.
