Caring Transitions of Northeast Iowa may attempt to describe merchandise in advertising, on the Internet and at the sale but makes no representations. In no event shall Caring Transitions of Northeast Iowa be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Buyer shall be the sole judge of value. All sales are final, as is and where is. Therefore, please inspect your items before purchasing. All persons attending sales or removing merchandise assume all risks of damage to person or property and specifically release and indemnify Caring Transitions of Northeast Iowa from any liability. It is the buyer's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor regarding specific item(s).
Buyers must remove merchandise by the final hour of sale day. Alternative arrangements must be made in advance and approved by Caring Transitions of Northeast Iowa. If pick-up is not made by the final hour on sale day and buyer has not made alternative arrangements, buyer forfeits property and said property will be disposed of by Caring Transitions of Northeast Iowa. Buyers must arrange for packing, loading and transportation of purchases.
