The home is small and packed so we will be limiting the number of people in the house at one time and we request that children and large bags be left at home. Also please be aware that surveillance cameras will be in use throughout the house and valuables will be removed from the house during non-sale hours. All sales final. We accept cash and all major credit cards. No checks, please. We specialize in liquidating estates. All of our inventory is used and therefore everything is sold as-is, where is. We make no refunds, guarantees or exchanges. Inventory purchased and left on site at an estate sale is left at your own risk. Buyers are responsible for pick up and loading.  Any purchases not picked up on or before the close of our sale or as prearranged will be returned to the owner or resold and no refunds can be issued.
