We will have the signup list available onsite Aug 1st at 9am please head there to put your name on it in order to get in at the beginning of the sale. The sale starts at 9am Aug 2, so once your name is on the list please be back at least half hour before doors open. We will do our best to get everyone into the sale as fast as we can within a safe and timely manner.
For security purposes no satchels, large handbags, or large purses allowed, you can use a box that you bring to place items in.
We are not movers we are liquidators, you buy it you move it.
No restrooms.
NO EXCESSIVE HAGGLING
No Jewelry or valuables kept onsite for security purposes.
All items sold as is(no refunds, exchanges, or returns)
Do not block driveways, please respect the neighbors or you may get towed
