Cash and all major credit cards accepted. NO CHECKS. 6% ID tax will be added to the sale price.
We offer a signup list at the start of each day. Once your name is on the list you can leave as long as you are back at least 15 minutes prior to doors opening. If you are not back, we will move to the next person, and you will be moved to the bottom of the list. We will do our best to get everyone into the sale in a safe and timely manner.
All items must be moved by purchaser, we will assist when possible but ultimately if you buy it, you move it.
We do not offer presale or give prices before sale.
All items are sold as is. There will be no refunds, exchanges, or returns.
Do not block driveways, please respect the neighbors.
