5. **Pickup**: Buyers must collect items within 7 days or arrange shipping at their cost. Late pickup may mean extra fees.
6. **Sellers**: Sellers are paid within 30 days of the sale, minus a 15% commission, if the buyer pays.
7. **Cancellations**: We can pull items or cancel sales if payment fails. Buyers may owe the difference if we resell.

This collection of Alberto Vargas prints comes from a store called "The Pin-up Shop that originated in Las Vegas in the 1980's and the prints were produced by the Vargas Estate and signed by Alberto Vargas Shortly before he passed away in 1982.The store was open between 1979 and 1984 and when the store closed these prints were purchased in bulk. Some of the prints in this auction have never been seen or sold to anyone and are exclusive to this auction and will never be available again.
