When you go to the property you need to write your name down on the sign up list as we will let the people into the property in the order of the list. Make sure to be there the morning of the sale at least 5 minutes before we open. We will do our best to get everyone into the sale as fast as we can within a safe and timely manner. Signup list will be posted evening of Mar 28th.
We are not movers we are liquidators, you buy it you move it.
We do not offer presale or give prices before sale.
No restrooms.

No Jewelry or valuables kept onsite for security purposes.
