Terms and Conditions for Estate Sale Customers

Welcome to Coeur D’Alene Organized Living’s Estate Sale! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, please read and adhere to the following terms and conditions:

Entry and Conduct:

Entry to the estate sale is at your own risk. Coeur D’Alene Organized Living is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages that occur on the property.
Please conduct yourself in a respectful manner. Any disruptive behavior, including but not limited to arguing, shouting, or damaging property, will result in immediate removal from the premises.

Payment and Pricing:

All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or returns are accepted.
Prices are non-negotiable unless otherwise stated. Items will not be held or reserved without full payment.
Payment methods accepted include cash and Venmo.

Item Condition and Warranty:

All items are sold “as-is” and “where-is.” Coeur D’Alene Organized Living makes no guarantees or warranties regarding the condition, authenticity, or functionality of items.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to thoroughly inspect items before purchasing. No claims will be accepted once items are removed from the sale premises.

Pick-Up and Removal:

Purchased items must be removed from the property by the end of the sale or by a specified pick-up deadline. Buyers are responsible for arranging transportation and loading of their items.
Coeur D’Alene Organized Living staff may assist with the removal of items but are not liable for any damage or injury that occurs during the process.

Liability:

Coeur D’Alene Organized Living is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Please keep your belongings secure at all times.
By entering the premises, you agree to hold Coeur D’Alene Organized Living harmless from any claims or liability arising from your participation in the estate sale.

Special Instructions:

Certain areas of the property may be restricted. Please respect all signage and stay within designated sale areas.
Large bags, backpacks, and purses may be subject to inspection upon entry and exit.
By attending the estate sale, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. Coeur D’Alene Organized Living reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these terms or poses a risk to others.
