As is where is: it is your responsibility to look over everything you bid on and buy.
15% buyers premium charged on all purchases.
If you bid on it, you have bought it.
All items must be removed from the property day of sale or have arrangements made.
Bring, tarps, blankets, tie downs and help to load.
You must be 18 to bid and you must register to get a bid card.
You must have show identification in order to register.
Estate Sale Terms:
Our estate sales always run Thursday through Saturday, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m..
We accept cash or credit.
Saturday is discount Saturday where nearly every item is 1/2 off unless marked with a red star.
Those items with a red star will be discounted, but not half price.
Please bring blankets and tie downs for larger items.
First come first served. We do not have a number system.
We do not allow you to put blue tape on any item. We have staff to help you and if you want something large you may take the tag only if you are buying it!
We have a hold system that works. Please place your items you want to buy in a bin and we will watch them for you.
First 10 in line Thursday morning of each sale get to draw a discount card for a percentage off their total sale.

We are at it again, huge total estate liquidation happens this coming:
Thursday, Friday and Saturday
November 3, 4, and 5
9 am to 3 pm

We could go on and on, but most of you know that these sales have hundreds and hundreds (and this sale hundreds more) of items. We have cleaned out the house and have all packed into the huge shop, garage, walk out basement and our 20x40 foot tent. This is a must sell everything situation and prices will reflect that.
Parking will be along the road, so please park on one side only! We are suggesting you park on the side that the house is on.
Rain or shine this sale is a go! We will have our blue tents out for people to stand under while they are waiting for us to open. I suggest it might be umbrella weather so, you might want to bring one!
We have only one more sale left on our schedule before the holidays…in Thompson Falls. We will be heading there Monday to start set up. It’s a great sale and it’s a beautiful drive please come out to see us.

Just an FYI…some of our regular staff have moved on to pursue other life adventures. We are like many other small businesses trying to do more with less right now.
