There are no paper sign-up lists. Sign up for a place in line at this sale at BriesLine.com! The signups for ALL SALES launch at 5:00 PM Wednesday evening prior to the start of the sale and at 5:00 PM the day before each subsequent sale day. If you do not sign up for a virtual number ahead of time and there are people waiting to enter the home, you will need to sign up for a number on site.

We will be limiting the number of people in this home to 20 at one time. There will be NO bathrooms available for public use.

This 1,800 square foot 3-bedroom mid-century ranch style home built in 1953 was the home of a roadie for the band Kansas as well as a musician. There are guitars, racks and accessories for sale as well as camera equipment, five flat screen TVs, electronics and record albums. The basement and garage are filled with goodies and there is exercise equipment including a treadmill and NordicTrack. The family would like the home cleared out so everything must go!
