Enter the sale at your own risk! Brie’s is not responsible for illnesses, accidents, injuries, allergic reactions or sensitivities of any kind. All items are sold as is and have no warranties. All sales are final. Examine items carefully before purchasing! We reserve the right to check large purses or bags at the cashier station and to charge correct pricing on items which have removed, changed or altered price stickers. Cash, VISA, MasterCard, Discover Card and American Express accepted, totals over $10 appreciated. Brie’s does not charge you fees to use debit or credit cards!

Sorry but there is no staff available to assist in moving heavy objects. Bring the tools and helpers you need to safely remove your purchases from the home and a large enough vehicle to take them away.

We use an automated line manager system to determine the entry order into the home. Signup is at BRIESLINE.COM and launches at 5:00 PM Wednesday evening prior to the start of the sale and at 5:00 PM the day before each subsequent sale day. After signup, you will receive a text with a ticket confirming your position in line. When it is your turn to enter the home, we will text you using this system and you will have access to a status page which will let you know where you are in line.

If calling with questions, please only call between the hours of 9:00 AM-7:00 PM as calls go to a home office.

There are no paper sign-up lists. Sign up for a place in line at this sale at BriesLine.comor here on this ad just below the sale dates. The signups for ALL SALES launch at 5:00 PM Wednesday evening prior to the start of the sale and at 5:00 PM the day before each subsequent sale day. If you do not sign up for a virtual number ahead of time and there are people waiting to enter the home, you will need to sign up for a number on site.

We will be limiting the number of people in this home to 15 at one time. There will be NO bathrooms available for public use.

This 1,400 square foot 2-bedroom single-family home built in 1955 is a genuine time capsule of items from these original owners and builders. Other than clothing, nothing has been donated. There is furniture, decor, collectibles, costume jewelry, garage goodies and more from four generations, too much to list here. The family would like these treasures to find new homes so everything must go!
