Historic Alton, Illinois Leather billed firemen's helmet from the 1880's. This fire helmet is one of a kind. There is a brass eagle on the top with it's bill over the front shield showing the city of Alton. The leather is in pretty good shape for as old as it is. There is one crack in the leather in the front of the hat. This helmet is a Caims 92 4 comb leather helmet with a cross comb pattern. It is a parade weight helmet circa 1880s.Antique, Walnut, Victorian Baby Cradle. Mattress included. This antique walnut spindle cradle is absolutely adorable.
