We accept cash and/or check, with a legitimate state ID required as terms of purchase. ALL sales are final!
PLEASE BE AWARE! We are allowed, by Illinois State Law to sue for 3 times the amount of the initial purchase price on a check written from any account that is fraudulent, and knowingly from on a closed and/or an insufficient funded account!
This is a buy/take sale so please bring help to move any big items. WARNING...some items are on a second floor so bring capable help to navigate down a narrow staircase. Our PPES members can not help with any carry or loading of items.
Because of the small nature of this historic home, and by reading this disclaimer, yet still choose to attend this sale, you hereby relinquish any and all responsibility by Prairie Peddler Estate Sales and the estate family heirs for any accidents or mishaps while on the property, inside and out!

PLEASE BE AWARE that this is a small house and depending on the amount of people wanting to go thru this sale, we may have to limit the number of bodies inside the house at any one time, for safety reasons. So please, bring your patience. NO NUMBERS WILL BE GIVEN OUT!
