Nice Alton, IL Estate Sale with Collectibles & Tools

This is a tag sale where items are pre-priced. Cash is preferred. We will charge a 3% fee for all card payments (which is what Square charges us). We do not take checks. We also accept Venmo and Zelle. We are not responsible for any accidents in, on, or around the property. We will have some help to load furniture and large items. All remaining items will be half price on Sunday, 9/18. The entrance will be at the front door. If you want to be one of the early entrants into the sale, you will have to wait in line at the front door. We will set out line numbers as soon as we arrive. We will begin auctioning off any remaining items when we get near the end of the sale. If you come around 1 p.m., we will start selling large groups of the remaining items to the highest bidder. Dealers welcome!

Directions: You'll need to get to Landmarks Blvd. in Alton, IL. Take Landmarks Blvd. to Henry St. and turn North. Take Henry St. until it ends and meets at Blair Ave. Make a right turn on Blair Ave. Then, make an immediate right turn on Liberty St. The house is on the corner of Blair Ave. and Liberty St. Parking is on the right hand side of either Blair Ave. or Liberty St.
