This estate sale was meant to be another event planned by Judy Offner, beloved co-owner of Happenings Unlimited, who dedicated years to helping families celebrate life's milestones and honor its memories with compassion, creativity, and care. Sadly, Judy passed away unexpectedly during the planning of this sale. In her honor, Happenings Unlimited is completing what she started and proudly hosting this special event. Judy had an eye for finding beauty in both the ordinary and the extraordinary in her clients homes. We invite you to join us August 13-16 to celebrate Judy's memory by giving this client's cherished belongings a new home, where they can continue to be appreciated and enjoyed for years to come.

August 13-16 | Four Days of Incredible Finds!

This isn't your average estate sale! Whether you're searching for antiques, vintage furniture, jewelry, hunting gear, fishing equipment, tools, collectibles, holiday décor, home furnishings, or craft supplies, you'll want to make this sale a destination. Every room is filled with quality items collected over a lifetime, with something for every interest and budget.

Collectors and outdoor enthusiasts will discover duck decoys (and an armadillo!), shotguns, fishing rods, reels and tackle, skis, ski boots, sporting equipment, and a kayak, while DIYers and homeowners will appreciate a wide variety of quality tools and workshop items. And for those that prefer lounging outside there is a full patio showcasing many pieces of furniture including cushioned chairs, a beautiful wooden dining table with benches, as well as other patio furniture including a chaise lounge. There is also a large gas grill in good condition allowing you to dine in the great outdoors. And while you are outdoors, you can cut the grass with a Toro Lawnmower that is available as well.
