The resident of this villa home in Luther Village has relocated to a facility which will provide her a greater level of care and the home is on the market. Every room has Danish modern teak furniture, most of which was purchased at House of Teak in Wheeling. The artwork and accessories are also for sale.

Teak dining table with built-in leaf and 3-piece table pads set, 4 coordinating teak side chairs with upholstered seats manufactured by d-Scan, Singapore. The dining table measures 58 1/2" in length without the leaf by 38" in width by 27 1/2" in height and the chairs measure 33" in total height by 17" seat height by 19" seat width. $500
Teak china cabinet labeled Kibaek Mobelfabrik A/S, Made In Denmark. The top piece has two glass doors, two adjustable glass shelves on each side and two felt-lined drawers. The bottom piece has two tambour doors. The left side has two adjustable shelves and the right side has two felt-lined pull-out drawers and one adjustable shelf.
