Doors open at 9am - out of respect for everyone, they will not open a minute earlier.
Cash and carry only. Being a one day sale, we cannot hold items nor accept checks.
For convenience, we will have boxes, bags and tissue for small items and a hand truck available for large items, but buyer is responsible for providing the labor and supplies needed to move furniture, as we are unable to leave the sale to assist you outside - no exceptions.
We can only allow enough people inside to keep it safe and enjoyable for everyone, so please note if many arrive at once there could be a wait.
Buyer is responsible for inspecting all items – items sold “as is” and no returns or refunds.
No large bags of any kind allowed inside.
Not liable for accidents, falls or any other catastrophic, unforeseen events.
