Cash Only: this is a cash only family run estate sale, please plan accordingly.

Adult Only: Due to large quantity of glassware, pottery and tight spaces NO CHILDREN are allowed in house. Thank you for your understanding.

Entry/Exit: All shoppers must enter and exit through back door of house.

Early Bird Signup: An early bird signup sheet will be posted on the back door the night before at 8:00 PM (Thursday) and will bet honored for entry. Please note all individuals in your party must be listed.

Pricing Policy : Day 1 prices are firm. Discounts will be offered on final day (Sunday). Please note not all items will be discounted.
