Friday and Saturday 9:00-3:00
We will set a sign up sheet outside the front door at 8:30. Please add your name and we will honor that list at 9:00 when we open the doors. No Numbers will be given out. This is a large home so we will start with the first 15 and once they clear the front area we will let more people inside.
We supply hand sanitizer to everyone entering the home.
You MUST WEAR A MASK TO ENTER THE HOUSE, covering your nose and mouth. This mask must stay on during your shopping.
No masks will be sold or provided, please bring your own.
Please follow CDC regulations and have 6ft social distance from each other. You will be asked to leave if you do not follow these guidelines.

We are not responsible for accidents or injuries. You are entering, shopping, moving your items, and exiting the house at your own risk.
All items should be picked up by 2:30 Saturday.
No large bags.

Item are sold in ‘as is’ condition. All sales are FINAL, no exchanges or refunds.
Cash Only (we will hold large items with a 25% non refundable deposit)
Please respect the other homeowner's houses, driveways, lawns and mailboxes.
We reserve the right to refuse entry.
We can provide moving companies, but you are required to move the items out yourself.
