All sales are FINAL - no returns or exchanges. All items are sold as is, with no warranties expressed or implied. Examine items carefully before purchasing.
Parking is limited! Vehicles may park next to the driveway (just beyond first garage) but cannot block the driveway. Turnaround permitted in neighbors driveway. If picking up large purchases (once paid for), vehicles can proceed to end of driveway. There is a short walk to sale location from parking area.
Sale is in the house, and detached garage. The home is located in Barrington, near the intersection of 22 and 59. You are welcome to enter premises at your own risk. We are not responsible for injury or accidents while on premises. We reserve the right to limit the number of people in the house.

Customers are responsible for moving/hauling purchased items. Bring help to load your purchases and a large enough vehicle to take them away - but no big box trucks on the driveway please. We cannot hold items that have not been paid for. If purchasing a large piece of furniture, we may request that you return at the end of the day or end of the sale to pick up.

No early birds, please! As space is cleared, more items may be added to the sale on subsequent days.

Emptying entire home that includes private collection and inventory from 30 years in the Antique Business.
