NOTICE - we have gone to a new system for entry. We are using the ES.net entry system for our sales. Click on the Manage Line highlighted link for your number. We accept: Cash and Credit - Credit cards used for purchases under $50.00 will be charged a $3.00 surcharge

This is a business liquidation - 8% sales tax will be added to all sales unless a resale certificate is presented at time of sale.

Limited amount of shoppers will be allowed into the space at a time.

There is parking in the lot - please park carefully so that others can park in the lot.

TPT Staff will not and cannot assist in moving any item from the house
Buyer must bring their own packing materials for items purchased
All sold items must be removed prior to the end of the public sale. Should professional movers be required, we can recommend movers for the buyer at their expense.
Discounts are not taken on the first day of the sale.

The Perfect Thing Estate Sales is thrilled to be selling the fine antique furnishings owned by Caledonian Antiques in Winnetka and now Barrington. We will be selling their entire collection of Furniture, Antique Ceramics and Porcelains, Fine Art, Accessories, Rugs and an amazing library of antique subject research books
This sale will be held on two weekends - December 4, 5 & 6 as well as December 11,12, & 13.

Please be aware that Caledonian Inc is a business we will need to charge a 8% tax on all purchases unless you provide a resale certificate for our records. We know that this is not usual for tag sales but it is required as the seller is an ongoing business in the State of Illinois - We appreciate your understanding.

Check out the photos for the inventory listings - no pricing prior to the sale - just too much to do - but we hope to see you the first weekend in December to ohh and ahh over these lovely items being sold at amazing prices.

As we begin work - we will be posting items for sale - and if you please , join on the 5th to share a piece of birthday cake to celebrate a certain someone's 70th Birthday !!!!

PLUS!!! - our client will be offering items that are where is/as is in his warehouse around the corner. There is a complete library of wood paneling available for your dyi or construction project - there are many pieces of good dry woods and trim work you can use in your project - they are available during the sale for you load them up and take them home!!!!
