Privately Listed Sale
Description & Details
This is a family-hosted estate sale featuring the thoughtfully curated contents of the home of a well-traveled, well-read woman who loved nature, gardening and living well.
Unlike many estate sales, this home has been carefully sorted so that items better suited for donation have already been removed. What remains is a collection of practical, useful, and well-cared-for belongings, making this sale appealing not only to collectors and resellers, but also to anyone managing a modern household and looking to shop thoughtfully and on a budget.
For curators and resellers, the sale includes a variety of original artwork from around the world, along with quality rugs and distinctive home décor pieces.
For those shopping for themselves, you’ll find family games, books, craft materials in good condition, household items, and furniture that has been gently used and well maintained. Nearly all items are in excellent condition, and the home is nonsmoking.
The home also features multiple beautiful rugs and large furniture pieces, as well as a garage filled with modern tools and garden equipment — ideal for anyone who enjoys tending their yard, gardening, or spending time outdoors.
These items come from a home where belongings were chosen with care and maintained thoughtfully. Most items are in good to very good condition, and we hope you’ll find many meaningful and useful treasures—whether for your own home or for resale.
📸 Photos will be posted around January 18–19.
Please check back then for a full preview of the sale.
For those interested in larger furniture pieces, limited private viewing appointments may be available prior to the sale for the sole purpose of coordinating removal logistics. This is not early shopping access and is intended only to help facilitate safe and efficient furniture removal once purchased. Please inquire if interested.
