All items in this auction will be sold "AS IS" and there is no warranty regarding any aspect of such items.
In no event will Lebonick Auction Service be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty or fitness of any such item for a particular purpose.
On line bidders will be the sole judge of value and as to authenticity as to whether the item being sold is Prehistoric, Historic, Post Historic or Contemporary Indian Artifacts.
It is also noted that on line buyers should not be the first bidder until the auctioneers establishes a starting bid normally by a floor bidder. If you have any questions about this, please call 618-444-6889 for clarification.
We require on line bidders to make sure the shipping address furnished is the correct address to avoid having to redo shipping labels.
Bidding is contractual and bidders are hereby notified that payment is required on the final hammered price. Floor bidders are required to pay before leaving the auction unless an agreement is made between the buyer and the auctioneer to defer payment to an agreeable date.
ON LINE BIDDERS are required to pay within 48 HOURS AFTER THE INVOICE IS SENT OUT to avoid disputes that will be be recorded with the on line service.
Buyers should call 618-444-6889 when paying by these acceptable credit cards; American Express, Master Card & Visa to provide the necessary information for billing. Paypal is acceptable, and checks provided you let the auctioneer know that you are using this avenue for payment.
Check to make sure your shipping address on the invoice and your credit card information is the same.
We do not keep credit card information on file; therefore, repeat buyers need to call each time they make an internet purchase from our auction. There is a 22% buyers premium for on line bidders.
Actual shipping and insurance are added to the invoice. Charges will be added if a special box is required for shipment.
Be aware that invoices not payed within the 48 hours after the invoice is received could lead to disabling of bidders account and making bidding unavailable through on line services
Unpaid invoices could result in being sent to a collection agency which could affect your overall credit score.
Regarding COA's, it is our observation that documents accompanying an artifact are exactly what the author states, just an opinion and should be regarded as such.
