Address of sale will be posted on Friday June 23rd. Not responsible for accidents. You are responsible for moving heavy items. We accept cash and all major credit cards. MINIMUM ON CHARGE CARDS OF $50.00. NO CHECKS. Saturday and Sunday. Line numbers are given on a first- come first-served basis at approximately 7 AM on the morning of the sale. Sale starts at 8 AM and closes at 3 PM both days. NOTE: WE PHOTOGRAPH ALL ITEMS AS WE ARE SETTING UP FOR THE SALE. THESE ITEMS ARE OWNED BY THE CLIENT UNTIL THE DOORS OPEN FOR THE SALE AND UNFORTUNATELY COULD BE REMOVED BY THEM WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE TO US. WE DO OUR BEST TO MAKE SURE ALL ITEMS PHOTOGRAPHED ARE INCLUDED IN THE SALE, BUT WE CANNOT CONTROL WHAT OUR CLIENTS DO. THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING WHEN THESE THINGS HAPPEN.
Note: This sale is dirty/dusty, unkept and also smells like dog. If you have an issue with any of these things this is NOT the sale for you. It might be a good idea to bring gloves, mask and flashlight. The house has not been lived in for quite some time. I am willing to make bundle deals on this sale. Everything must go. This sale is a diamond in the rough. There are a lot of very nice things but I repeat this is NOT A CLEAN SALE so be prepared. Prices will not be on everything...someone will be there to give you a price if an item is not tagged.
