*Cash & Debit/Credit Cards are accepted.
*Removing furniture & any large, heavy items from the Estate Sale, as well as loading of these items is done only by the buyer.
NOT by any employees of Polished Integrity Estates, LLC.
*We highly suggest the buyer bring extra help to load or transport these large/heavy items as well.
*WE DO NOT DELIVER, NO EXCEPTIONS!
*Dishes & any other breakable items that need to be wrapped for protection of transporting from the Estate Sale may only be done by the buyer. NOT by any employees of Polished Integrity Estates, LLC.
*Polished Integrity Estates, LLC. is NOT responsible for any breakages or accidents done by a customer. Customers are responsible for anything broken before and after purchases.
*All items in our Estate Sales are sold ‘AS IS’ whether marked with ‘AS IS’ or not.
*Polished Integrity Estates, LLC. requests that all Items bought by a customer, if small, must be picked up by end of that sale day.
Larger Items must be picked up by end of day the last sale day of Estate Sale. NO EXCEPTIONS!
