TERMS & CONDITIONS: NO ONE UNDER 16 ALLOWED IN THE WAREHOUSE. Furniture will be sold first followed by box lots and individual items. Valid, U.S. issued, positive photo ID required at check-in. Cash, approved check, Visa/MC, Discover. 13% buyers premium with a 3% discount for cash or check payments. We do not accept checks from US Bank. Items purchased must be paid for on auction day. Removals must be completed and off the property no later than 90 minutes after the auction. NO EXCEPTIONS. All purchases must be removed within 90 minutes after the auction unless delivery contracts are made with the mover. We will not be responsible for items not picked up within these parameters. Please note that items advertised may not make it to the auction block due to last-minute account settlements. Please check this site often.

AUCTIONEER'S NOTE: WELL worth your attendance on this one! This is a moving company storage auction, not a self-storage auction. Illinois law requires sorting the contents of unclaimed moving company storage vaults as we would an estate auction.
