We are NOT Responsible for any accidents that occur during the sale! We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone. Please watch your children and watch your step in all applicable areas! Pay attention to posted caution signs and use hand railings to ensure your safety.
A list will be honored, but persons on the list must be present when the sale begins to maintain their place in line.
WE ARE NOT IN CHARGE OF OR RESPONSIBLE FOR THE LIST. WE WILL NOT BE 'WATCHING' THE LIST. WE WILL TAKE THE LIST WHEN WE OPEN THE DOOR FOR THE SALE, AND CALL PEOPLE IN THE ORDER THEY ARE ON THE LIST.
As Covid protocols have changed, we request that you please stay home if you are not feeling well. Masks are recommended if in close quarters with other people, please respect everyone's choices in regards to wearing a mask. If you are exhibiting symptoms of a cold/flu, we will kindly request your departure.
Please bring help to carry any larger items, we are unable to assist with moving the larger items. Ideally, all items purchased must be removed by end of sale. You can speak to cashier if other arrangements need to be made.

Get ready for another fun sale with Intuitive Treasures Estate Sales. We are looking forward to seeing you this weekend at this lovely sale in a great Berwyn bungalow.
Another exciting development we have to share is a visit from an estatesales.net employee at some point over the weekend. He will be giving away prizes and swag to customers while gathering content for their website development. We are incredibly honored and excited to bring this fun opportunity to our sale! One of our missions when we began our business was to bring the fun and enjoyment back to treasure hunting with a warm smile and pleasant experiences. We hope you will join us. Maybe we'll even have a few surprises of our own!
This home was built in the 1920's, and has been kept up really well. There was no smoking in the home and no pets for a long time present inside. Some of the items may have some dust, but most should be fairly clean and ready for their new homes. There are some great collections available, if you're into collecting owls, clowns, or horses, you will definitely find a new piece to love.
