Thank you for considering our sale. We accept cash, check or card (3.5% surcharge with a minimum fee of .40).

A sign up list for entry will be posted at 2 pm on Thursday of the sale. This is two hours prior to opening. Signing the list holds your spot for the opening. It is not mandatory to sign-up, but allows us to control the initial rush at 4 p.m. Once the registered names have entered, the sale will be open to everyone else.

This is not an auction. All items are intended to be tag priced in advance. We may have missed some items in this sale, so feel free to ask.

We do not provide prices beforehand via phone or email. Many items won't be priced until the day prior. We do not do pre-sales. All advertised items are available at opening.

Please bring help to load items. We want to supervise removal of items from the house but are unable to help.
Packing supplies and containers are recommended.

Please, no pets in the house.

Welcome to our 2nd Sale of 2026. This house is jam packed with assorted treasures for you to discover. The thousand of items include vintage, a lot of mid-century modern items, primitives, lots of candles (!) and pictures. We also feature the usual household - kitchen and clothing.

The homeowner was described as a "Garage Sale Queen" and some of the items were prepared for such, but we are offering the entire estate. So much more than anticipated. Please note that it is our intention to price everything. We will use a "color dot" systems along with our regular tags. Some items may be missed due to the quantity. Watch for dots and signs. Feel free to ask!

There are 2 floors plus the garage with all items available for purchase. Weather permitting, entrance and checkout will be in the driveway. Lots of stairs! All entrances have stairs and access to the basement has multiple steps down from the garage. Due to the quantity of items, there is limited space so we may need to control entry. Please respect your fellow shoppers.
