Nice, clean estate sale - all contents of this modern 3 bedroom home, garage and two outdoor sheds. 

Estate tag sale - all items will be priced and available for purchase at tag price on Thursday for early birds and Friday.  Items will be 1/2 off all day Saturday.  

Home will also be for sale.  Spacious 3 bed, 2 bath, full basement on extra large - deep lot (goes way back). Geo thermal heating and cooling, city water and sewer.  Large garage and parking area.  Lots of trees.  A very pleasant and quiet area to live.  Owners will be available to discuss more details.

Sale opens to the general public on Friday morning.  Sign up list will be outside the garage at least 1 hour prior to opening both Friday and Saturday. 

Lots of Japanese souvenir items - prints, figurines, collectibles - the home owner was associated with the Illinois House in downtown Bloomington and the Tachibana restaurant and received very nice gifts from the restaurant owners.  She also well maintained her items - keeping them clean and in good order.  Good quality furniture and collectibles - many great items are available.

  • Hall Crocus pattern china - dishware. Some limited edition pieces such as the rolling pin, automobile teapot and coffee set, most in great condition
