Contents of a beautiful home in south Bloomington. This is a large sale of many quality items that include home, antiques, shop, gaming, and automotive.  Smoke free - pet free home.  House items are especially clean and in good condition.  Items in the double shop (rear of property) are more project oriented.  Gloves recommended for the double shop.  Many tools new in box.

When we open at 9 am Thursday, we will admit as many as safely possible. We will use a sign-up sheet that will be placed on the front porch by 7 am Thursday and again on Saturday morning (half price day).

Full price all day Thursday and Friday.  Half price all day Saturday.  Bids considered - we invite you to make bids on higher priced items.  Ask for a bid sheet if interested.  Bids more than 50% will be considered Friday evening.  Bids less than 50% will be considered Saturday afternoon.  Please talk with us about this opportunity.

Parking will be a challenge.  We have a long drive where you can park along it.  If dry, we will also utilize the field directly to the north of the property. Please watch carefully.  Certain areas (like the neighbor's property) will be taped off.
