This is not an auction. All items are tag priced in advance, but we are unable to provide prices beforehand via phone or email.
No pre-sales. All advertised items are available at opening.
Please bring help to load items. We want to supervise removal of items from the house but are unable to help.
Packing supplies and containers are recommended.
Enter through front door. We will be operating two checkouts - one for the main house and one for tools in the garage.
Wait list out two hours prior to opening. You may sign, leave, and return 10 minutes prior to opening time. Further instructions will be indicated in the description section.

Everything is half price except the large table saw (reduced from $750 to $500).
Sign-up list goes out before 8 am. Sale opens at 9 am sharp. We will admit from the list first and then admit everyone else.
Lots of good furniture and items ready for you. Lots of LP records (they were $1 each; now 2 for $1). Come see what we have to offer.
Nice, well-kept home in the Hunter's Knoll neighborhood of southeast Bloomington. Nice combination of vintage - tools - and household. A well balanced sale. This gentleman was a wood worker and model train enthusiast who built many items and kept his home in great repair. Some nice vintage items from his childhood. Also, nice range of household items including furniture, beds, dressers, sofas.
Three floors of merchandise ready for you to peruse. Priced to sell. Bids may be made on higher priced items. Please, no pets in this smoke-free and pet-free home.
