We are:
• Established as a Limited Liability Corporation in the States of Illinois and Florida
• Licensed Good Standing business
• Fully Insured
• Not responsible for accidents, loss or damage to personal items

We accept:
• Cash
• All major credit cards, minimum purchase of $20 with a 2% fee
• Sales tax is collected on all items unless you provide us a copy of your resale certificate

At our sales:
• No purses, shopping bags, handbags or backpacks allowed
• We offer shopping baskets for your convenience
• Please inspect the item(s) you wish to purchase carefully as All Sales Are Final
• We do not move or load heavy items, please bring help and a vehicle that can transport them
• We can work with you to schedule pickup for furniture and large items
• A packing area will be provided with limited paper and boxes, bring your own

When you arrive:
• Please observe any no parking signs if posted
• Please do not block driveways or vehicle access of the surrounding neighbors
• Please only park on paved roads unless otherwise directed
