We do not accept credit cards or personal checks.
All sales final, no exceptions. We ask that you inspect your purchases carefully, prior to purchase.
If we deem that a price tag has been altered or changed, we reserve the right to not sell that item(s) for that price and/or take it out of the sale.
We will gladly hold items (while shopping) for purchase only.
Moving Heavy Items - We cannot assist you in disassembling or removing large and heavy items from the estate sale. Please bring tools and help.
Safety - Please be careful when shopping. We are not responsible for accidents or injuries anywhere on the property during the sale
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Parking - Please do not block the driveways of neighboring homes, park on the lawns of neighboring homes, park in driveways or walk through the lawns/yards of the neighboring homes.
Please enter through the back door of the home and exit the front door.
No children (under the age of 18) allowed at this sale. No exceptions.
Absolutely no drinks or food allowed in the home.
